# What You Need:
→ Fruit Puree
01 - 1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
02 - 2 ripe peaches, peeled, pitted, and diced
03 - 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
04 - 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (optional, to taste)
→ Tea Base
05 - 2 cups strongly brewed black tea, cooled
06 - 1 cup sparkling water, chilled
→ Garnish
07 - Fresh mint leaves
08 - Sliced peach
09 - Sliced mango
10 - Ice cubes
# Directions:
01 - Combine diced mango, diced peaches, lime juice, and honey or agave syrup in a blender. Blend until completely smooth.
02 - Strain the blended fruit puree through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher to remove pulp for a smoother texture.
03 - Add the cooled black tea to the pitcher and stir thoroughly to integrate the puree.
04 - Gently stir in the chilled sparkling water to preserve effervescence.
05 - Place ice cubes into glasses. Pour the mango-peach sparkling tea mixture over the ice.
06 - Adorn with fresh mint leaves and slices of peach and mango. Present immediately for optimal freshness.
